“Repopulating the soul in mask time” is a ritual performance of body and performative theatre <\/span>based on Grotowsky’s principles. Inspired by a real event about COVID and the existential and <\/span>philosophical consequences of surviving it. Four performers immerse themselves in a scenic journey <\/span>full of images, physical risk and extreme emotion through their bodies, giving life to a meta-theatrical <\/span>text. A liturgical act that confronts life and death on stage in a metaphysical theatre production.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

“MARAVILLA THEATER is a multidisciplinary contemporary theatre company that creates <\/span>original productions based on research into the language of the performer’s body – “Corporal Poetic <\/span>Narraturgy or Poetic Narrative of the Body” – in multiple stage formats. The discourse is immersed in a <\/span>clear historical, political and social denunciation context. His productions are authentic performances <\/span>of interpretative authenticity in which the actors break with the theatrical convention of the character <\/span>and experience in their own flesh all the strength and emotional power of the show.<\/span>
\nIn her productions she deepens the actor\/spectator relationship. The aim of the performer is to create <\/span>a space of intimacy and provocation through theatrical ritual and to channel together “the stage <\/span>experience”. The company was founded in 2016 by actor, director and playwright Daniel Naranjo, <\/span>from the Workshop: “Performance is not theatre; nor is the actor a character”.<\/span><\/p>\n
