He has developed his own methodology of working with the actor&#8217;s body through his Laboratory and his technique of \u2018corporal poetic narrative\u2019 as a creator of the dramatic architecture of the body. Her influences include physical theatre and performance, as well as the revision of classics such as Grotowsky and new American trends such as Ann Bogart among others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Her creations include: \u2018Torchusspanik, intimate visions of the reproductive crisis\u2019 by Mirjam Neidhart, Nau Ivanow, BCN 2010. \u2018Hamlet Radikal\u2019 winner of the III Muestra de Teatro Breve, Porta 4 (BCN, 2019), \u201cB HATE\u201d, and recently \u201cRepoblar el alma en tiempo de mascarilla\u201d. He has also participated as a scriptwriter in \u2018Little White Dove\u2019 official selection \u2018New Territories\u2019 at the Venice Festival 2003 and \u2018Marcel\u2019 winner of multiple awards at the international Festival \u201848 hours\u2019 New Orleans, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>His training includes Eugenio Barba, Thomas Ostermeier, Rodrigo Garc\u00eda, ESCAC, Magda Puyo and Alfredo Castro among others. His productions have been performed in cities such as Barcelona, Santiago de Chile and Kiev. Participants will work with functional movement patterns, such as sitting and standing, and explore in a practical way how doing less can often achieve more. This workshop is suitable for students, artists and anyone interested in developing an understanding of their own physicality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Teresa Brayshaw<\/strong> is a theatre maker, writer, creativity coach and Feldenkrais practitioner. She has worked for 35 years in the sectors of higher education and European drama schools.<br \/>\nIn addition to her \u2018pure practice\u2019 as a Feldenkrais teacher, she applies her interest in neuroplasticity and creativity to teaching, writing and professional theatre. She works as a director, performer and collaborator in various international, interdisciplinary and intergenerational projects.
