EL FARO TEATRO began with Coloving, a project with which they won the 2nd Prize for Micro-theatre in the Certamen de Jóvenes Creadores del Ayuntamiento de Madrid (Premios Madroño). The company advocates contemporary textual theatre, humour, satire and social criticism as the cornerstones of its poetics. In addition to Coloving, all its members are part of the team of Calumnia, one of the four projects selected for the ROAD de Dirección programme of the Academia de las Artes Escénicas.
