ACT is an International short pieces contest that showcases new makers work. ACT 2016 will take place in Bilbao and Barakaldo from 1st June to 5th June 2016.
ACT wants to be a celebration and a time for sharing among professionals of the performing arts as well as a platform for emerging artists who are taking risk and searching for new ways of making. This year the festival will be focused mainly on the short pieces contest and the fair aspect of the event. We will call artists, programmers and professionals in general to meet in Bilbao for a week, facilitating bridges and links for collaboration and exchange of ideas.
