‘The memory of the body’, a dance documentary as a preview of ACT 2019

ACT International Festival for Emerging Performing Artists began yesterday with a preview in Bilborock attended by a hundred people. The Basque director Roberto Menéndez presented his documentary ‘The Memory of the Body: Forms in Space-Time’, a film about contemporary dance in Spain that seeks to make visible companies of this discipline unknown to the general public: Sol Picó (National Dance Award 2016), Chevi Muraday (National Dance Award 2006), Kukai Dantza (National Dance Award 2017), Daniel Abreu (National Dance Award 2014) and Carmen Werner (National Dance Award 2007).
After the documentary, Roberto Menéndez gave a talk about the same accompanied by the ACT Festival director, Joseba Lazkano.
